The Alabama Department of Transportation Maintenance Management Meeting is a conference
that gives Maintenance Leadership around the state the opportunity to come together
and share innovative strategies and best practices. The conference also serves to
provide information regarding new resources and guidance available from Maintenance
Bureau and other supporting Bureaus. This conference serves as a great vehicle for
knowledge transfer and networking not only for maintenance staff but also for vendors
and consultants that provide products and services to support the maintenance of Alabama’s
highway system.

About the Event Center
The Sheraton Birmingham Hotel is located in the heart of downtown Birmingham, making
it a very walkable location to many of the city's attractions, including the BJCC,
Arena, Stadium, and CityWalk.
Conference Attendees
Each participant will be responsible for making their own room reservations at the
Sheraton Birmingham Hotel and can do so by using the Reservations link below. A limited number of rooms will
be available at the conference's rate until July 12, 2024.
Government Attendees
A reduced government rate of $130.00 per night (plus tax) for standard room accommodations has been secured for government attendees. Please select only the nights you will need.
Consultant/Industry Attendees
​A reduced rate of $170.00 per night (plus tax) for standard room accommodations has been secured for Consultant and Industry.
