We understand some of the unique challenges facing international students and seek to be a resource and advocate for each student. The department offers daily support for academic success, social integration and crisis management. International Student Advisors are available during the week during business hours providing immigration services and personal support. Every student is also assigned an academic advisor in their discipline to guide them through their program of studies.
International Programs has several outreach programs to promote international understanding within TROY and the surrounding communities. We sponsor the mentor program as a bridge between Americans and international students to share their values and traditions.
