New International Student Orientation

Congratulations on your admission to TROY! We are thrilled to welcome you to our Trojan Family. Please review the information below to prepare for Orientation.

Step-by-Step Guide to Your Orientation

Still do not have your I-20/DS-2019? To be able to receive your I-20/DS-2019, you need to set up your TrojanPass. Your immigration document (I-20/DS-2019) will ONLY be emailed to your troy.edu email address. You will have access to this email after you set up your TrojanPass. Please view the linked video for steps on how to set up your TrojanPass.

To prepare for your trip and studies at ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúTV , we have put together a MANDATORY pre-arrival orientation. Learn all about the visa process, being employed on campus and basic resources that TROY provides to you. This must be completed before your arrival to ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúTV. If you fail to complete the pre-arrival orientation you will not be able to register for classes during your check-in orientation.

Airport Pickup

ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúTV provides complimentary (free) pick up from the Montgomery airport, Montgomery Greyhound bus station, Montgomery Megabus station, and the Montgomery Groome shuttle station for all new international students. You cannot arrive more than 30 days prior to classes beginning, so please remember to book your flights with this in mind.

Spring orientation will start on January 13th and end on January 14th. To make your check-in process on campus easier, sign up for a time with International Programs. Students need to plan to stay at ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúTV from the day they check-in until school starts. Please don't plan any travel to any other cities during Orientation.
