About the Master of Public Administration Program at TROY

You can earn your public health certificate on its own or along with the master's degree in public administration. Dr. Michael Guo-Brennan

Dr. Michael Guo-Brennan is an Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science at TROY. In his courses, his teaching focuses on global competency in public administration, public/nonprofit policy and administration, organizational leadership, ethics in public administration, migration and more.
Dr. Michael O. Slobodchikoff

Dr. Michael O. Slobodchikoff

Michael O. Slobodchikoff, PhD, Professor of Political Science, is founding director of the Center for Eastern and Central European, Russian, and Eurasian Studies at Troy University. He specializes in Russian security, international conflict, and peace. He is a regular contributor to BBC World News and Asharq Al-Awsat News.
